Q Squared is an award-winning brand featuring dinnerware and serveware. They use 100% high-quality melamine designed to be a practical alternative to ceramics and china with sophistication. Q Squared showroom is based in New York City. I assisted in designing their first catalog, newsletters and website banners. I photographed products in preparation for the creative designer. I packed and mailed samples/catalogs.

During my first year living in New York City, I had the opportunity as an Art & Photo intern for Latina Magazine — from organizing archives to printing, cutting, and posting miniatures of magazine layouts in progress. I assisted in photoshoots when needed and designed a couple of the FOB pages of the magazine. (Published December 2010/January 2011 issue)

My inspiration came from gathered research in the 1920s when the “Little Black Dress” became popularized by Coco Chanel. I wanted to create a modern twist by merging the associated style and using the trumpet’s shape and form.
Exploration of structure and texture using poster paper, wire, and a piece of fabric giving a modern update and versatility to the “LBD.”

The Bloom Cart is a floral design studio established in San Francisco born from the love of morning strolls around the flower mart. I designed the logo playing with typography keeping it simple and clean but lively. I also assisted in the ideation and execution of the products and photography.
Soft Glamour Lounge is an eyelash and beauty boutique in Glen Park, San Francisco. The grand opening for the brick-and-mortar shop is slated for summer 2018. These logo designs are three among a handful chosen for vinyl displays, a watermark, business cards, etc.
